LINDO Release Notes --------------------------------------------------------------- In addition to the 16-bit Dynamic Link Library (DLL) discussed in Chapter 8 in the Users Manual, LINDO now includes a 32-bit DLL. The 32-bit version of the LINDO library may be found in the file \LINDO\DLL32\LNDDLL32.DLL. You may also find examples on the use of the 32-bit DLL in the following locations: Example Subdirectory ------------------------------------------------- MS Powersation FORTRAN \LINDO\DLL32\MSFORT MS Visual C++/C \LINDO\DLL32\MSVC Watcom C++/C \LINDO\DLL32\WATC Check these directories for MAKE files and/or README.TXT files for more details on building the sample applications. The LINDO DLLs may be called from any Windows application. This provides you with a tightly integrated method of adding optimization functionality to your application. Keep in mind, however, that the LINDO DLLs are copyrighted and fall under our normal license agreement. If you wish to redistribute the LINDO DLLs with your application, please check with LINDO Systems for runtime pricing arrangements. LINDO Systems 22 Apr 97
